Close Construction Services, LLC (CCS) is a licensed, insured, and bonded Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1526474) with an established presence in southern Florida. Located in Okeechobee, CCS has experience with projects on both the East and West Coast of Florida. Our projects include industrial and commercial work on projects including wastewater treatment facilities, stormwater pump stations, parking lot construction and improvements, building renovation, bathroom construction, and new building construction.

CCS has successfully completed municipal and public-sector jobs that include demolition and site preparation, roofing, waterproofing, HVAC, hardscapes, landscaping and irrigation, drainage and stormwater systems, electrical, asphalt and concrete work, and ADA improvements. Our broad experience working with various government entities has provided us with valuable insight into managing these types of projects and while working directly with multiple government agencies.
