Chris Close has over 35 years of professional experience in commercial, civil, and residential construction. With a B.S. degree in Building and Construction from the University of West Florida and a Florida General Contractor License, he has a history of producing quality projects which have been completed on schedule and within the budget. In addition, Chris has successfully completed design-build projects by employing effective coordination between all team members (Design, Construction, and Owner). He currently serves as President of Close Construction Services, LLC.

When he’s not working, Chris enjoys boating, fishing, and playing with his pet cat, Marlin!
