Constructed a new restroom facility and installed a lift station and force main to connect the park to the municipal sewer system. Scope included demolition and removal of an existing restroom, decommissioning of the existing septic system, site preparation, concrete foundations, vertical construction of the restroom building, plumbing and electrical connections, and coordination with County inspectors. The completed project improved park amenities, accessibility, and sanitation infrastructure.
