Renovation of the historic bungalow located within the Jones’ Pier Conservation Area, converting the existing structure into a public interpretive center. Scope of work included structural restoration, installation of a new ADA-accessible ramp and stairs, replacement and repair of exterior siding and roofing, and installation of new impact-rated windows and doors. Interior improvements included new ceiling systems, wall finishes, flooring, cabinetry, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to bring the facility up to current code standards.
